Microsoft Dynamics 365
Bring employees and master data in from Dynamics 365, and send approved overtime back.
- Import employees with every employee field, including your custom fields.
- Test the connection and preview a sample before the first import.
- Approved overtime is pushed back once the exception report is clear, to the environment you choose.
Single sign-on
Each organisation can sign its people in with Microsoft Entra ID, over OpenID Connect.
- Set up per organisation, with the standard authorisation code flow and PKCE.
- A local fallback password can be set for a directory user when needed.
ZKTeco biometric devices
ZKTeco terminals push punches straight into Time Sense over the network.
- Device commands go through a queue that belongs to each organisation.
- An enrolment hub shows the status of each employee's user record and face on the devices.
- Device traffic is throttled and size-limited to keep the service steady.
Push notifications
Firebase Cloud Messaging carries notifications to the mobile app and wake-up messages to face kiosks.
- Employees and managers get request and approval updates on their phone.
- The server can wake a face kiosk with a data-only message.
Move from an existing Time Sense installation
A guided migration and a parallel run keep the old and new systems in step until you switch.
- A migration wizard brings your existing setup across.
- A parallel sync keeps both systems in step, area by area, until cutover.
- A row that cannot be matched is skipped with the reason recorded, never guessed.
- Shift changes made in the old system re-grade the day in Time Sense.
One place for every connection
The Integration Hub holds each connection, its field mapping and its sync history.
- Connection credentials are stored encrypted.
- Map each endpoint's fields to Time Sense, and review every sync run.
