Built for the Gulf
Arabic and English from sign-in to the phone, Ramadan overtime rules, VAT tax invoices in AED, and hosting where your data needs to live.

Arabic first, right to left
Every screen works in Arabic, with the layout turned right to left, not a translated label here and there.
- The web app is in Arabic from the sign-in screen onwards.
- The mobile app runs fully right to left in Arabic.
- Each person picks their language, and switches it at any time.

Ramadan, set once a year
Record each year’s Ramadan dates for the organisation, and overtime rules marked for Ramadan apply only inside that window.
- One Ramadan period per year for the whole organisation.
- Overtime rules can be limited to the Ramadan window.
- The dates follow the moon sighting you enter, so a period can cross two calendar years.
Your weekends and public holidays
Rest days come from each shift schedule and public holidays from your attendance policy, so a day off is graded as one.
- Public holidays are set in the attendance policy.
- Shift schedules carry their own rest days, overnight shifts included.

AED pricing and VAT tax invoices
Subscriptions are billed in AED, with tax invoices that carry VAT and both parties’ tax registration numbers.
- VAT on each invoice line, at 5% by default.
- Seller and buyer tax registration numbers are fixed on the invoice when it is issued.
- Branded PDF tax invoices, and a billing page where you see your own.
Our cloud or your own servers
Use Time Sense as a cloud service, or install it in your own data centre, behind your own proxy.
- The same product in the cloud or on your servers.
- Outbound calls go through your proxy, and kiosks trust your own certificate authority.
